This position is contingent upon contract award Requirements Support, manage, and monitor incoming and outgoing electronic and physical communications, including quality review and correction, on behalf of the Director, Office Director, and staff.

Provide strategic guidance and advice to the Director on key issues and matters, and coordinate and staff the Director's decisions and actions.

Provide situational awareness and crisis management support, and liaise with other departments and agencies on matters related to the mission.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM), Space Operations, or Business field

Desired Education: Graduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM), Space Operations, or Business field

Certified Program Manager (e.g., PMP, DAU Program Management Certification, DAWIA Certification)

Years of Experience 5 years serving as CPM or SETA team lead, or equivalent role (e.g., Government PM, COTR)

8 years recent IC and/or COCOM experience (managing cost, schedule, and performance of engineering or analysis services contracts)

Desired: 10 years creating and implementing scalable SOPs, performance metrics, and feedback mechanisms

10 years of relevant experience managing contracts delivering engineering or analysis services

8 years recent experience coordinating across cross-functional and cross-organizational teams
