Job Title Program Manager II Location VA Blackstone - Blackstone, VA 23824 US (Primary) Category Project Management Job Type Full-time Typical Pay/Range $124,760 to $156,397 Annually Education Bachelor's Degree Travel None Security Clearance Required TS Position Overview and Responsibilities Red Peak Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Alutiiq LLC, has a future opportunity for a Program Manager (PM) II in Blackstone, VA. The PM II will ensure delivery of all performance under the contract and subordinate task orders. The PM will supervise Site Managers, DPM, Recruiter, Program Financial Analyst, and contractor Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring quality recruiting, hiring, personnel management, and support of all personnel under the contract. Places of performance include SA-11, FASTC, SA-7, other USG facilities, and contractor office as required. This opportunity is contingent upon potential contract award, which requires a signed letter of intent. If awarded, a subsequent posting will be available on the Company Careers portal. Serve as the focal point for all contractor functions related to contract performance. Interact weekly with Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative, and Government Technical Monitors to ensure performance levels. Supervise and direct strategies to mitigate risk and maintain operations in accordance with contract requirements. Advise on technical scope of the contract. Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, development, and discipline of personnel. Review and establish compensation, enforce policies and procedures. Ensure timely reporting, staffing, and contract requirements implementation. Manage planning, scheduling, and organization of contractor personnel. Coordinate professional development for personnel. Oversee delivery, invoicing, and fiscal management. Manage contractor personnel behavior to uphold the Department of State and contract integrity. Payrate: $124,760 to $156,397 Annually Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Security Administration related field. At least 25 years of professional experience, including 15 managing large government programs. Minimum 6 years as a senior program manager for government contracts. 15 years of leadership experience handling Diversity, HR, and EEO issues in a government setting. Top Secret security clearance. Proven ability managing contracts over $30 million annually with over 250 personnel. Experience with Department of State policies and security operations of U.S. Embassies and Consulates. Experience in planning, evaluating, and implementing government programs. Experience in adult education for security professionals. Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
