This role focuses on expanding our business with Target in the private label apparel industry, leveraging our expertise in design, market intelligence, and account management. Why Join Us? Managing the entire supply chain from design to finished product. Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow our Target business, identifying new opportunities. Develop strategic plans aligned with Target’s merchandising strategies. Build and maintain relationships with Target buyers and stakeholders. Conduct trend analysis and assess competitors to identify product opportunities. Collaborate with design, merchandising, and sourcing teams to develop appropriate product assortments. Manage costs, pricing, and business initiatives to maximize profitability. Requirements: Proven sales leadership experience in apparel, specifically with Target accounts. Deep understanding of Target’s business model and customer base. Track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strategic and results-oriented mindset. Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies. Leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Compensation & Benefits: The annual salary range is approximately $150,000 - $190,000, based on experience and skills.
