Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager/Product Owner to join our team at Abbott. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in owning and managing technical systems within large enterprise environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proactive approach to delivering value through technology.
Key Responsibilities
Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for a core enterprise technical system Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and business stakeholders Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility Ensure alignment between product goals and enterprise strategy Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a large enterprise environment Proven ability to manage and evolve complex technical systems Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills Experience with tools like Azure DevOps or other product analytics platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing) Familiarity with Devex PLM System Experience working in regulated or complex enterprise environments Familiarity with enterprise architecture and system integration concepts
