Our firm is a unique business model, allowing CPAs the opportunity to build their own practice without buying an existing book, or marketing themselves to prospective clients. We support our up and coming CPAs by transferring existing clients and directing new client referrals their way, while providing a stable salary until the CPA is able to develop a full book and be working for themselves.
We strive to develop personal relationships with clients to ensure meaningful and value-added service so as to become your trusted adviser. We want our clients to be comfortable with our recommendations and know that we do everything possible to consistently help them improve their financial health while staying compliant with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

Job Details
Job Responsibilities Handle tax planning projects for individuals and businesses Review individual, partnership, trust, and corporation tax returns Prepare complex tax returns Manage client relationships and staff Identify and research accounting and tax related matters Provide accounting assistance to small and medium sized businesses Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Calculate income tax provisions for GAAP financial statements Train staff Learn new information and skills quickly and stay updated on changes in tax laws Communicate with management and clients on tax issues and situations
Preferred Experience CPA 2+ years' experience in a Public accounting firm's tax department Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Experience with ProSystem Engagement and/or Axcess Tax/ProSystemTax helpful Experience with CCH AnswerConnect platform helpful Experience with QuickBooks helpful
