Senior Project Manager - Aviation, Public Works (Construction and Architecture)
to join our team. This position may assist aviation clients across the country with their projects.

The Senior Project Manager's primary goal is to build and maintain positive client relationships and to achieve or exceed the projected profit margins for projects. Job Responsibilities: Organize cross-functional activities to coordinate project tasks, including deliverables, schedule, and budget. Manage and direct proposal development, project initiation, execution/control, and closeout for planning, Environmental Impact Statements, design, and/or construction projects. Responsible for budgets, change orders, and invoicing. Participate in or lead project marketing, proposal preparation, and presentations to secure projects. Plan the entire project execution and develop the project manual. Monitor manpower requirements against the project budget and performance, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, resources, procurement, and risk to optimize client service and fiscal responsibility. Establish communication channels with contractors and clients to keep stakeholders informed of project status. Oversee project from initiation through delivery, including manpower planning. Form and lead project teams, conducting regular meetings to coordinate tasks. Submit documents to authorities for code compliance and permits. Conduct regular progress meetings to ensure contractual and project requirements are met. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, addressing manpower, equipment, and quality issues promptly. Supervise, develop, and evaluate personnel as needed. Compensation Range:
