Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Sector: CleanTech Projects / LED / Solar / Energy Efficiency We’re working with a cleantech company delivering fully managed energy retrofit projects - ranging from LED upgrades to solar installations to full facility efficiency packages. Their customer base spans hospitality, industrial, and retail, and they’re now hiring a
Program Manager
to lead end-to-end execution across multiple workstreams. This role will suit someone who thrives on balancing client communication, internal coordination, and project timelines. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality results on time and under budget, often juggling several client deployments at once. Manage project delivery across multiple client sites and energy scopes (lighting, HVAC, solar, etc.) Coordinate subcontractors, procurement, and internal teams Own project P&Ls and timelines, driving accountability across partners Serve as the key client contact throughout project execution Develop and improve internal project workflows, documentation, and QA 8+ years of project or program management experience (energy, facilities, ESCOs, or EPCs preferred) Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors Commercial awareness and strong stakeholder communication skills PMP or similar qualification is a bonus, but not essential This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with plenty of room for growth as the company scales.
