PURPOSE OF THE POSITION AsProduct Design Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our digital ecosystem—from customer-facing platforms to developer tools. This is a high-impact, hybrid role that blends hands-on design with strategic leadership. You’ll guide the design process from discovery to delivery, mentor designers, and champion a user-centered approach that drives real-world outcomes. CORE FUNCTIONS Leadership & Mentorship (30%) Establish and evolve UI/UX standards, design systems, and best practices. Mentor and guide designers and cross-functional teammates. Advocate for accessibility, usability, and design excellence across the organization. Strategy & Execution (70%) Design intuitive, elegant product experiences across web and mobile platforms. Own and evolve our Figma-based design system (components, tokens, libraries). Lead discovery efforts: user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and validation. Collaborate with product and engineering to solve complex user problems. Standardize and document scalable design processes and workflows. Influence the end-to-end customer experience, including developer-facing tools. Qualifications

Position Requirements 5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or interaction design roles for B2B software or SaaS companies Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including discovery, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI Experience establishing or contributing to design systems and component libraries Figma power user with full command of its features, including components, variants, auto layout, interactive prototypes, design tokens, team libraries, and versioning Comfortable owning projects from problem definition through delivery in collaboration with product and engineering teams Clear understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices Experience conducting or collaborating on user research and usability testing Ability to create journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for both web and mobile Ability to work in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for design decisions across disciplines Comfortable mentoring junior designers and giving constructive feedback Technology enthusiast demonstrated through work experience, hobbies and/or education Agile Mindset – The ability to work in an iterative manner that allows for rapid prototyping, effective feedback loops, and the ability to meet aggressive timelines Hybrid - in office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
