POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Manager of Analytics will partner with Sales & Marketing business partners to support the development of data models, reports, analytics and strategic insights across a variety of programs. They will be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of each business area’s goals and the company’s data architecture to ensure data driven decisioning is central to their operations. This role will also help to serve as a data steward, partnering with IT and Data Service teams to guide future state development of source data inside the enterprise data warehouse and enable seamless analytics solutions. The ideal candidate must be proactive, collaborative, passionate about analytics, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and experienced working with complex and disparate data sets. Direct leadership responsibilities and/or guidance of projects with local and offshore teams is anticipated in this position.

Creation and delivery of data driven strategies through quantitative and qualitative analysis, interpretation and communication of actionable data insights including historical performance trends, statistical analysis, analytics models, and action-oriented recommendations that directly address business objectives.

Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize the strategic roadmap for delivering impactful reports, dashboards and analyses. Partner with technical teams to build requirements and solutions for data enablement.

Provide innovative reporting solutions that help convey complex analytical results in a clear, concise manner.

Utilize business intelligence platforms, data management platforms, or SQL-based languages (Power BI & Power Query) to build and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum seven (7) years of experience in data and analytics, technical, or business-relevant function Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, data science, computer science, or other business-relevant discipline required. Five (5) additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree 4+ years working with data visualization tools such as Power Bi 4+ years working with SQL to transform data 4+ years working with complex data sets to create business insights

Track record of developing and delivering full funnel level analytics and reporting solutions to senior and executive leadership. Proven practical use of business intelligence and visualization platforms, data management platforms and SQL-based languages (Power BI, Power Query or similar). Ability to leverage or build business knowledge through meaningful partnerships within business operations and performance marketing teams. Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to deliver a clear story to influence understanding and agreement to recommendations based on data and insights. Experience with marketing campaign performance reporting, tracking and attribution. Functional knowledge and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), Email & SMS reporting. Preferred experience working with website analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, Amplitude Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and multi-channel attribution. Previous experience with customer analytics and audience segmentation.

While performing the duties of this job the employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Will be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and operate office machinery. Must be able to lift up to thirty pounds. Specific work assignments may change without notice. WORKING CONDITIONS
Most of the work will be performed in a climate-controlled environment but may be exposed to inclement weather and varying degrees of temperature on occasion.
