Senior Manager of PMO
to lead project management for the
Mortgage Data and AI department . The candidate will manage a team of Project Managers, collaborate with stakeholders and technology leaders, and uphold project management standards and governance to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
Develop and implement PMO strategy aligned with organizational goals. Establish standardized methodologies, tools, and best practices. Lead and mentor project managers. Prioritize and manage complex projects efficiently. Create project governance frameworks and oversight mechanisms. Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Drive resource planning across multiple projects. Establish KPIs and performance metrics. Facilitate project prioritization and strategic reviews. Lead continuous improvement in project management practices. Manage relationships with key stakeholders. Report project status, risks, and outcomes to executives. Apply knowledge of SDLC and hybrid Agile methodologies to manage projects effectively. Communicate system delivery plans clearly. Knowledge and Experience
10+ years in project/program management, 5+ years in PMO leadership. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related; MBA preferred. Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2. Experience with PPM tools and systems. Proven success in leading large-scale projects. Leadership skills to manage project teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical, problem-solving, and change management experience. Ability to influence at all organizational levels. Experience with software projects and understanding of technical risks. Strong planning and tracking skills. Preferred Skills
Adaptability in project management methodologies. Domain expertise in Mortgage or Real Estate technology. Experience managing projects throughout their lifecycle. Proficiency in delivering presentations to senior management. Technical experience in building or testing applications. PMP certification and Agile/Scrum knowledge are desirable. Additional Skills Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS-Project, Jira/Confluence/ADO, Agile, Scrum, ServiceNow. Job Details
