The PJM is a “Mini General Manager” of New Product Development projects. The candidate should possess strong leadership and project management skills. Responsibilities: Take total ownership of one or more New Product Development projects Lead the Core Team toward a common objective Manage resources Ensure the project is “staffed for success” Negotiate with functional managers and Project Approval Committee (PAC) to alleviate resource constraints as needed Discipline the System Ensure that the team operates according to the development process Keep people focused on the matters at hand as well as their area of responsibility Report project status to PAC following contract date Be proactive in taking actions and getting things done Resolve conflicts and controversial issues What your background should look like

5-10 years of working experience in project management or equivalent Manufacturing experience required Proven leadership skills in leading, developing, and managing teams Ability to create effective project plans, manage risks and uncertainties Knowledge of project management techniques and tools Knowledge of manufacturing processes Understanding of a matrix organization and navigation skills Project management expertise to balance time to market with quality commitments Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Good oral English skills Qualification in project management or equivalent; PMP preferred #TANAJC #LI-remote ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY TE Connectivity is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future. COMPENSATION • Competitive base salary: $116,500 – 145,600 (dependent on location) • Salary ranges are estimates and may be adjusted based on experience, qualifications, and internal/external equity. • Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Incentives, and Benefits.
