Sr. Quality Assurance Manager
to support our growing business. Based in Rothschild, WI, this role oversees the quality assurance operations for pharmaceutical excipient manufacturing, ensuring all products meet high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in excipient manufacturing.

About the role The essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to: Excipient technical experience, supplier quality management, and team leadership, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for bulk pharmaceutical excipients as outlined in USP. Act as the technical resource and liaison between customers, employees, internal stakeholders, third-party manufacturers, and suppliers. Oversee Quality System performance and site KPIs, and develop a Strategic Quality Goal Plan for the site. Perform investigations related to out-of-spec and critical limit deviations. Oversee complaint and non-conformance trend investigations to prevent reoccurrence. Coordinate change control activities as Change Leader. Review customer specifications, quality agreements, questionnaires, etc. Serve as the primary liaison for customer and regulatory agency audits. Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement of processes, methods, productivity, and quality while reducing costs. Ensure documentation and records compliance with system and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and skills
