Quality Operating System (QOS)

at your designated location to ensure high-performing, efficient, and scalable care improvements. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with teams across the organization to identify process improvement opportunities and develop strategies to optimize workflows. Strategic Alignment with Operational Leaders: Collaborate with

operational leaders and frontline teams

to align ThedaCare’s vision and goals with daily practices, ensuring process improvements are targeted at high-leverage problems and objectives. Lead teams through the

A3 problem-solving process , ensuring proper documentation and implementation in alignment with ThedaCare’s Operating System. Support Data Integration and Management: Coordinate, educate, and integrate

data management practices

to support leaders in daily operational and improvement initiatives. Coach and Mentor Teams: Provide training and mentorship to

frontline employees, managers, and directors

on operational improvement tools, accelerating change and fostering sustained performance. Lead Process Improvement Projects: Manage and lead

specific process improvement projects

from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Leverage Data and KPIs for Evaluation: Use and teach the use of

data and KPIs

to assess the effectiveness of process improvements and recommend necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes. Incorporate Best Practices and Research: Utilize literature and professional resources to integrate

best practices

and revised methodologies into healthcare process improvements. Develop and Maintain Process Documentation: Create and maintain

process maps ,

SOPs , and

performance metrics

to document improvements and ensure sustainable practices. Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Promote a

culture of continuous improvement , encouraging staff engagement in ongoing process improvement activities. Present Reports to Senior Leadership: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on the progress and outcomes of process improvement initiatives to

senior leadership . What You Bring: Results-Oriented Mindset: Focused on achieving measurable outcomes, with a strong sense of urgency and persistence to meet and exceed goals. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively convey information and engage diverse audiences. Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration and effective consultation. Strategic Organizing & Planning: Ability to develop comprehensive strategies, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple competing initiatives to drive success. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Expertise: Skilled in identifying data-driven problems, analyzing root causes, and making sound, independent decisions. Composure Under Pressure: Demonstrated ability to remain calm and confident in stressful or changing situations, effectively leading teams through challenges. In-Depth Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and best practices to drive improvements. Quality Systems & Improvement Expertise: Deep knowledge of quality operating systems, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and tools like process mapping, statistical analysis, and performance measurement. Data Analysis Proficiency: Strong analytical skills to trend, analyze, and draw insights from data, informing decision-making and driving continuous improvement. Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, clinical care, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Experience:

Minimum of five years clinical experience required; basic understanding of care processes provided in multiple healthcare settings. Certifications : Knowledge of and/ or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent. Certification preferred Proven Track Record:
