Position Summary Join our creative team as a Senior Designer, where you'll lead the development and execution of 360° campaigns across digital and physical channels. Collaboration:

Ideate, create, and execute 360 campaign creative across all channels (owned & paid) inspired by creative and business briefs. Trend Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, culture and consumer behaviors to inform creative decisions and maintain our brand’s competitive edge. Quality Assurance:

Maintain high standards of quality and craft throughout the design and implementation process, ensuring that the final output meets or exceeds expectations. Project Oversight:

Manage lifestage and seasonal projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. Prioritize projects and adapt creative based on seasonal shifts. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, or related field and 5+ years designing for digital and physical experiences in a senior role. · Proven track record of creating successful 360 campaigns. · Exceptional portfolio showcasing creative process and conceptual thinking. · Proficiency in industry-standard creative tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Slides, and Figma. · Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate partners. Maintain composure in critical situations. · Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment leading campaigns. · Ability to effectively present concepts via comps, storyboards, and visual narratives.
