COMPENSATION:
Salary Range: $121,000 to $151,700

Job Responsibilities
Understand and articulate business and customer values to prioritize and set the product roadmap
Elicit requirements, synthesize, and document them into stories for the product backlog
Break requirements into iterative sprint-sized stories that optimize speed-to-value
Connect to internal and external stakeholders to understand work product and value
Work collaboratively with engineers and testers on your agile release train
Work directly with front-end teams building applications
Follow documentation first approach to solutions and building high-value products
Manage and refine the product backlog, assemble sprints, and perform release planning
Collaborate with other product owners to improve the platform-level process
Articulate business and customer value to the development team and use to guide prioritization
Participate in the release process as the product expert to surface any issues, with resolution, before release
Ensure roadmaps and product backlogs are visible, transparent, and clear
Working Relationships Supervision of Personnel Exempt – 0
Non-Exempt – 0
Knowledge and Skills Required Education/Certifications – BA/BS in Computer Information Systems/Business Administration or equivalent experience
Certified Product Owner with SAFe or related certification program
Experience
2-3 years as a product owner
1-2 years of manual QA testing and/or 1-2 years of engineering experience
Working within an Agile environment
Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, React & React Native preferred
