Position Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Project Manager
with proven experience managing large-scale, master-planned residential communities (1,000+ units). This role is ideal for a driven professional who is ready to take ownership of complex projects and has the potential to grow into a future office leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of land development projects from concept through construction. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables. Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development. Support business development efforts and client relationship management. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and operational improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field. 8+ years of progressive experience in land development. Demonstrated success managing large-scale master-planned communities (1,000+ units). Strong understanding of entitlement processes, permitting, and infrastructure design. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. PE license in Florida preferred (or ability to obtain). Ambition and aptitude for future leadership and office management responsibilities.
