As part of the Risk Management team, you will be central to maintaining the strength and resilience of our customers and business partners. Job Responsibilities Partner with Fraud Risk product owners, data scientists, and strategists to develop innovative, customer-focused solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert on major business processes and supporting applications. Own the end-to-end delivery of risk attributes to credit decision engines, including requirements gathering and collaboration with stakeholders and technology teams. Coordinate with technology partners on design and implementation of product requirements. Manage dependencies between product releases and other delivery activities. Define and communicate product strategies, write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and participate in agile ceremonies. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree. At least 5 years of experience in product management. Strong knowledge of digital banking trends. Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git. Excellent client experience skills and ability to influence in a large, matrixed organization. Self-motivated and confident in ambiguous situations. Preferred Qualifications Experience in fraud detection, authentication, or payments product management. Ability to develop and communicate business cases for product development. Experience working with globally distributed scrum teams is a plus.
