Manager, Global Campaign Operations & Planning , you will play a central role in transforming how the team plans, manages, and measures integrated marketing campaigns across business units and regions. You’ll lead the implementation and optimization of a new centralized Campaign & Content Management Platform (CMP), with a strong focus on
Optimizely CMP . You’ll help design and roll out standard campaign workflows, taxonomies, and best practices that drive consistency, efficiency, and compliance across the company’s complex global marketing ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: CMP Implementation & Governance Lead global rollout and configuration of Optimizely CMP with cross-functional teams. Standardize campaign processes into platform blueprints, briefs, workflows, and taxonomies. Own CMP onboarding and training; serve as system subject matter expert globally. Partner with IT to integrate CMP with tools like AEM and Veeva for compliant content workflows. Campaign Planning & Optimization Champion a unified, data-driven approach to campaign and content planning. Align campaigns with strategic goals and funnel KPIs across BUs and regions. Collaborate with analytics to develop and refine campaign measurement frameworks. Process Simplification & Change Enablement Lead workshops (e.g., Kaizens) to identify inefficiencies and standardize workflows. Document and simplify campaign planning processes for scalability. Drive adoption, build trust, and champion governance as a change leader. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Product, Regional, and MarCom teams, plus Legal/Regulatory. Support BUs in building intake processes, resource coordination, and workflow management. Align regional and corporate teams on tools, calendars, content, and KPIs. Qualifications: 8–10+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or digital project management. Proven expertise managing or configuring a CMP, strong preference for Optimizely. Deep knowledge of B2B campaign planning within regulated sectors (e.g., MedTech, Pharma, Life Sciences). Proficient in process mapping, workflow optimization, taxonomy structuring, and content lifecycle management. Strong cross-functional project management and communication skills across global teams and leadership levels. Hands-on experience with platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Salesforce, and Veeva (PromoMats & Vault). Data-driven thinker with a knack for using insights to drive process improvements and strategic decisions. Self-starter mentality, collaborative and adaptive approach and an entrepreneurial mindset.
