Full-time, Permanent Overview: A leading global investment firm is seeking a Manager, US Taxation to join their growing tax team. This newly created position will play a key role in overseeing tax compliance and reporting for a mix of RIC and private fund products. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven tax professional to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment that supports long-term career development. Key Responsibilities: Manage US tax compliance and reporting for registered investment company (RIC) structures Oversee K-1 reporting for designated private fund vehicles Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns Coordinate quarterly estimated tax payments across multiple jurisdictions Assist with monthly tax provision calculations and annual 1099 reporting Lead responses to US federal, state, and local tax authority inquiries Respond to investor tax questions and coordinate related communications Qualifications: 4–7 years of tax experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and/or the asset management industry CPA preferred Experience managing complex tax compliance workflows Exposure to cross-border tax matters and treaty analysis is a plus Ability to communicate technical tax issues clearly to non-tax professionals Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities under pressure Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Why Apply?
