Become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control markets. Responsibilities
Provide Systems Engineering expertise across the entire lifecycle from concept development to operations (for space-based, ground-based space systems, or ground systems/command & control services). Provide technical oversight of development efforts (design, manufacturing, assembly, integration, testing, production, sustainment) using traditional or agile methods. Develop operational concepts, requirements, and architectural designs; evolve system architectures; analyze requirements flow down; propose verification methodologies and mitigation approaches. Conduct model-based systems engineering, modeling, simulation, and analysis as needed. Maintain Configuration Management of the technical baseline. Manage risk management processes, identify program risks, and recommend risk mitigation measures. Basic Qualifications
Master’s Degree in STEM with 10 years of relevant experience. Proficient in modeling and simulation across platforms, with experience integrating various tools. Experience with logistics and sustainment of large integrated systems (space systems preferred). Experience developing and maintaining system risk programs. Direct experience in space control, network integration, RF engineering, computer science, electronic warfare, or systems engineering. Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility. U.S. citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications
