As a Product Delivery Manager within Acquiring Platforms and Rails (APR), you will focus on executing project management tasks for various projects designed to enhance and optimize product delivery to customers, specifically aligned with the eCommerce program. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination. Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals Develop and execute comprehensive project plans across APR eCommerce strategic initiatives, incorporating product and technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of solutions Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks, and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum Utilize advanced analytical reasoning based on data from systems of record to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Ensure good data hygiene of project data points across suite of project management tools and repositories (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence, Teams), and comply to all product and project management controls throughout the life of the programs/projects Develop and implement dashboards to effectively monitor program performance, providing stakeholders with real-time insights and data-driven decision-making tools. Communicate program progress to audiences of every level, including executive stakeholders, clearly summarizing program status and risks appropriately and effectively, and ensuring adherence to company standards for communication

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate technical topics to a non-technical audience and business needs to a technical audience Strong time-management, organizational skills, and attention to detail Capacity to handle a highly complex effort, with ability to objectively prioritize across multiple workstreams Skilled at Excel, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and PowerPoint/PitchPro Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification a plus
