Base pay range $450,000.00/yr - $500,000.00/yr Role: As the Head of the Cybersecurity & Digital Risk Practice, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and leading client engagements across cybersecurity, digital forensics, incident response, robotic process automation (RPA), AI strategy, IT risk and transformation, and data privacy. You’ll be the go-to advisor for C-level stakeholders and Boards navigating complex risk environments in both the first and second lines of defense. This role will shape and grow a multidisciplinary team, while maintaining a strong hands-on presence in project delivery and client relationship management. Lead and scale a high-impact consulting practice across: Cybersecurity Risk & Governance (1st and 2nd line) Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR) Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Data Privacy & Protection (e.g., CCPA, GDPR) Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy & Governance IT Risk Management and Digital Transformation initiatives Serve as a senior advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on cyber risk posture, transformation roadmaps, and incident response preparedness. Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, regulators, and industry stakeholders. Drive go-to-market strategy, practice development, service line packaging, and thought leadership. Lead delivery of complex engagements, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to regulatory standards. Mentor and grow a team of consultants, engineers, and analysts. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (e.g., audit, compliance, IT advisory) to deliver integrated client solutions. 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk consulting, or digital transformation, with prior leadership experience at a top consulting or professional services firm. Deep expertise in one or more of the following: incident response, DFIR, RPA, AI governance, or cyber risk management. Proven track record of delivering complex client engagements in highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or technology. Strong understanding of data privacy frameworks, IT controls, and cloud security. Experience advising CISOs, CIOs, General Counsel, and Boards. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, GIAC, or relevant AI/RPA credentials) preferred. Seniority level
