2025-1350-05 S&ME is seeking a seasoned Senior Engineer or Geologist to take on a leadership role as
Program Manager / Practice Leader
for our
Nuclear
sector. This position offers the opportunity to guide strategy, operations, and project execution in the nuclear field from any of our regional offices. We are looking for a leader with extensive experience in nuclear licensing, site investigations, geotechnical engineering, and nuclear quality assurance. About The Role As Program Manager / Practice Leader, you will lead our nuclear initiatives, providing strategic direction, overseeing major projects, and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities include: Guiding geotechnical and environmental consulting for site selection and regulatory approval. Overseeing construction quality, inspection, testing, and QA/QC for nuclear standards. Managing civil and infrastructure engineering projects for upgrades and modifications. You will also uphold S&ME's Nuclear Quality Assurance (NQA) standards, participate in audits, and support the company's quality systems. About You
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical Engineering, or Geology. Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience. Professional Engineer (PE) or Geologist (PG) license, preferably in multiple states. Experience in nuclear licensing, site investigations, and QA programs. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Project.
