Project Architect

Wouter Boer Architects is an award-winning firm immediately seeking a full-time, in person, Project Architect to join our growing Washington D.C. team. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience. The firm currently has projects in schematic design and under construction. Wouter Boer Architects is a design-led studio focused on providing innovative solutions to architecture that enhance the quality of life. Project Architect Responsibilities to include: Construction documentation and specification Coordination amongst consultants Ability to participate and lead in the construction administration phase of projects Manage and actively participate in team meetings within the firm or on-site with clients and/or consultants What we seek in individuals applying: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience Proficiency in Revit is a must, as well as some experience in AutoCAD Bachelor/ Masters of Architecture from an accredited program is preferred Licensure is not required but is a plus Ability to work in a collaborative environment with a genuine interest in modern architecture Experience in SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and/ or Lumion is a bonus. Experience in residential is a plus.
