What You’ll Do Procure and manage parts inventory to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability Serve as the primary contact for parts vendors, suppliers, and internal teams Maintain accurate records of inventory and work orders in the CMMS system Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities across the plant Communicate with technicians and managers to align on maintenance needs and updates Resolve issues related to parts availability, backorders, and vendor coordination Support preventative maintenance planning and documentation Take on additional projects as assigned Requirements:
What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent 2–4 years of experience in a similar role Familiarity with mechanical parts and maintenance operations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and coordination skills Why Catania Oils?
