Electrician/Building
Maintenance Technician
to
perform various maintenance and repair tasks. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Completes daily assignments as directed by the Facilities Lead person, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and vehicle servicing. Lays out job tasks and procure all necessary materials, tools, and equipment. Ensures all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Delegates tasks to other employees as needed to complete assignments efficiently. Operates forklifts, manlifts, Jon Boat, and other rental equipment as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus. Must have 3-5 years of
Electrical/Building
Maintenance exp. Journeyman Electrician License preferred but not required. Proven experience in electrical work and general building maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plumbing, and structural components. Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures and OSHA regulations. Ability to operate heavy equipment, including forklifts and manlifts. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
