Pay: $40/hour Contract Term: 6 months Work Hours: Monday–Friday, standard business hours Location: On-site – Tampa, FL 33607 Other Details: Opportunity to contribute to enterprise SaaS initiatives Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional collaboration with project managers, developers, and analysts to define test strategies aligned with enterprise goals Develop and manage detailed test plans, cases, and scripts across functional, integration, regression, performance, and security domains Estimate testing efforts and support resource planning and timeline discussions Oversee test execution, defect tracking, and resolution using appropriate tools Conduct root cause analysis and partner with development teams for timely fixes Perform exploratory and ad-hoc testing to uncover edge-case issues Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies Maintain departmental standards and reporting aligned with IT governance Advocate for and support automation testing initiatives Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field 4–6 years of experience managing QA efforts in IT projects Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or IT management role within a PMO environment Proven track record in leading QA for software and SaaS implementations Strong analytical skills and deep expertise in testing methodologies Experience with test planning, execution, and defect management tools Ability to work collaboratively within development teams and across departments
