as a Maintenance Technician I and kickstart your career in apartment maintenance. This entry-level role supports repairs, unit turns, and daily upkeep to keep our community clean, safe, and move-in ready. Key Responsibilities Assist with repairs in apartments and common areas Support unit make-readies, painting, light plumbing, and cleaning Help maintain tools, carts, and grounds Change locks, filters, and light fixtures as needed Respond to service requests and help with on-call emergencies Track supplies and report issues to Maintenance Supervisor Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Qualifications At least one year of general maintenance experience required; multifamily experience is a plus, but not required. Basic knowledge of tools, appliances, HVAC, and plumbing Willingness to learn and obtain certifications (CPO/HVAC) Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs. and work flexible hours Valid driver’s license and high school diploma (or equivalent) Strong attention to detail and work ethic Why Join Us?
