Maintenance Technician

you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives! Primary Responsibilities Manage time effectively based on production schedule and task urgency as work is largely self-driven and organized according to work orders distributed through a preventative maintenance program

Perform routine audits for tasks, equipment, safety, and more

Mechanical troubleshooting

Electrical troubleshooting on 24VDC and 120-480VAC equipment and 4-20mA equipment

HMI controlled system troubleshooting

CPVC/PVC pipe repair

Maintenance and upkeep on air actuated valves, steam boiler, pneumatic pumps, air compressors, motors and motor driven pumps, water cooling systems, water treatment systems, strainers, and filter vessels

Maintenance and upkeep on pumps, valves, instrumentation, pipes, and associated equipment that requires a line break, containment, and cleaning

Maintenance and upkeep on facility and infrastructure and non-process related equipment and fixtures (i.e. doors, outlets, lights, A/C filters, shelving)

Work frequently at heights and elevated positions on ladders, scissor lifts, and top of tanks

Adhering to all requirements for PPE for chemical safety and other life critical rules

Adhering to all requirements for Lock-Out/Tag-Out safety policies

5S standard housekeeping and organization

Coordinating with contractors to ensure all work performed on site is being done according to company policy and safety guidelines

Understand and convey the safety requirements and restrictions of working in a classed environment to coworkers and contractors

Interacting with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), Microsoft

PowerPoint/Word/Excel/Outlook,

general search queries, tablet and computer interfaces in general

Inventory management

Qualifications Willing to work overtime as needed 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance history, relevant trade school, or similar experience or education Fork/scissor/boom lift familiarity a plus
