We are seeking a self-motivated and energetic hands-on full-time Maintenance Technician for Thicket Hill Manufactured Home Community and Hinsdale Campground. The ideal Maintenance Technician is skilled in a variety of areas, including landscaping, snow removal, minor repairs, carpentry, and general grounds maintenance, among others. Must be willing to work as a team with other staff members, but also work independently under the supervisor's direction.

$21 - $22 per hour Responsibilities:
General maintenance Daily grounds cleanup Mowing, landscaping, trimming, and edging Snow removal/plowing and salting during cold months Occasional light painting and light carpentry work Light plumbing Diagnosing and repairing water and sewer line issues Vehicle and equipment maintenance and servicing Monthly vehicle and equipment inspections and reporting On-call for after-hours emergencies (evenings and weekends); shared with fellow maintenance staff Physical demands include bending, pushing/pulling, lifting/carrying 50 pounds or more Qualifications:
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States High school diploma or equivalent Residential property maintenance experience is helpful Valid driver's license Experience with and knowledge of the proper use of power and hand tools Experience with and knowledge of the proper use of lawn care and landscaping equipment Experience with and knowledge of the proper use of snow plowing and snow removal equipment Experience with water and sewer line repairs Must be a team player but have the ability to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision Must undergo a mandatory standard background check, including criminal About Company We are a privately held company that owns and operates manufactured housing and RV communities throughout the country.
