We are seeking a Board Certified/BoardEligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a high-performing trauma team at a StateLevel 1 and ACS Level 2 Trauma Center located in vibrant Tucson, Arizona. Thisfull-time position offers an exceptional work/life balance, a collaborativeenvironment, and the chance to provide comprehensive trauma care alongside anexperienced surgical and APP team.
Position Highlights:
- Work 183 shifts annually (24-hour shifts) - excellent schedule flexibility
- Collaborate with a full-time Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon
- Shifts are structured in 4 to 7-day blocks to promote continuity and recovery
- 24/7 APP coverage ensures efficient workflows and support
- Provide Orthopedic Trauma and Acute Care Surgery services

Qualifications:
- Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery
- Pelvic and acetabular trauma experience required
- BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery with a focus in Trauma
