• Seeking board certified or eligible Urologist
• Guaranteed salary annually, looking for Full-time, Year 1 up to 2 years base compensation of $500,000-565,000 (may vary depending on market)
• $60.00 wRVU rate more than threshold over 2,490 ( may vary depending on current MGMA)
• After 2 years move to only wRVU model
• Call. 7 days included in compensation
• Average 25-35 patients per day
• 2 NP in practice and 1 FT Urologist
• J1 Visa, ok will work with local physicians to contract
• Will be adding robotics
• Sign-on bonus
• Relocation allowance
• 4 weeks of PTO
• 6 Paid Holidays
• 1 week of CME
• E-Clinical Works, moving into Cerner in April 2024
• 1 Month to credential
• Inpatient/clinic coverage
• Very busy practice
• Location: Imperial Valley of southern California - 2 hours east of San Diego
