Position Details:

Full-time hospital employed position - primarily outpatient position with some inpatient
Team: 3 Physicians and 6 APP's, support staff (RN s, Nursing Assistants, Therapists, Case Management, Office Staff)
Call 1:4 weeknights (by phone only) and 1:5 weekends
75% Geriatric and 25% Adult patient mix
EPIC Smart Rooms
Family Medicine Residents and Medical Student on site
Hospital newly built in 2008

Compensation Details:

Base salary plus productivity and metric incentives, sign-on bonus and student loan assistance also qualifying for the PSLF
