Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (FP or IM) Central NY 1 hour from Syracuse

- Estimated annual compensation: $115,360 $122,416 (no cap on productivity income)

Candidate Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in New York
- Minimum 1 year of primary care experience required
- Post-acute care experience a plus, but not required
- Active and unrestricted DEA with prescriptive authority
