Compensation & Benefits Relocation assistance: up to $10k Student loan repayment: no CME allowance: $2,000/year for 1.00 FTE Retirement/pension vehicles and contribution: 403(b) Vacation/PTO/CME policies: 27 PTO days/year (8 hr. day)/12 sick days/8 Holidays Malpractice coverage details: Employed physicians and all other employees have limits of $2,000,000 per claim subject to an annual aggregate of $6,000,000.
