Medical Director (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) Post Acute Care Norwich, NY area
Position Highlights:
- Full-time or Part-Time medical director role in a post-acute care setting (4 days/week)
- Flexible weekday rounding schedule in skilled nursing facilities

Job Duties:
- Perform primary care rounding for short- and long-term patients
- Diagnose and manage chronic and acute medical conditions
- Guide nurse practitioners with clinical reviews and mentorship
- Engage in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
- Participate in strategic leadership discussions and care planning
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated annual compensation: $231,800 $246,651 (productivity-based, no cap)

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of primary care experience required
- Experience in post-acute care a plus
- Active and unrestricted New York medical license (or in process)
- Active DEA registration with prescriptive authority (or in process)
