Requirement-

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Neurology with a Special Qualification in Child Neurology
• Fellowship-trained (to be completed prior to start)
• Active MI license (or willing to obtain)
• State interest and experience in scholarly activities
• Controlled Substance License CSR/CDS (or willing to obtain)
