- Hospital Outpatient Department, Cancer Center, & Radiation Oncology
- EMR System: EPIC and Mosaiq documentation systems
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- Active OH license & DEA - HIGHLY Preferred, willing to consider IMLC
- BLS - REQUIRED
- Flu Vaccine - REQUIRED at time of credentialing
- COVID Vaccine - Preferred
- Preference to candidates available for ALL listed dates

- Conventional Radiotherapy
- 3D Radiotherapy
- Photon Beam Radiation Therapy
- Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
- External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT
- External Beam Radiation - IGRT
- External Beam Radiation IMRT
