Cardiology Physician

Facility in Youngstown, OH seeking Cardiology locums coverage Rates: $400/hr Job Details:

• Practice Setting: Inpatient/Call.
• Reason for Coverage: Provider retiring; shortage of doctors to cover four sites.
• Call Schedule:
• Weekend Call: 1-2 weekends per month.
• Weekday Call: 1-2 times per week (when not on weekend call).
• Average Inpatient Admissions per Day: Varies.
• Number of Cardiologists in Group: 7.
• Patient Age Demographic: Adults (18+).
• EMR: Epic.

Procedures Required:

• Diagnostic Tests:
• Treadmill Stress Tests.
• Chemical Stress Tests.
• Electrocardiograms (EKGs).
• Echocardiography.
• Transesophageal Echocardiography.
• Electrical Cardioversions.
• Advanced Imaging:
• MRI/CT Reads (if possible).

Credentialing Requirements:

• Estimated Timeframe: 30-90 days.
• Certifications:
• Board Certified in Cardiology.
• BLS and ACLS.
• Licensing:
• Active Ohio license preferred; open to candidates willing to obtain one.
