This facility is a well-established healthcare organization with a comprehensive team of specialists. You would be joining a collaborative environment that includes 1 Pediatric and 3 Adult Endocrinologists, 9 Advanced Practice Clinicians, and a robust support team including CDCES Registered Nurses and Registered Dietitians. The facility is connected to a 344-bed tertiary care hospital with a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center and a 165-bed hospital, both on the same campus.
Opportunity: Pediatric Endocrinologist
This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Endocrinologist in a primarily outpatient setting with potential telehealth opportunities.
Job Details:
- Monday - Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Primarily outpatient practice with some outreach possible, including telehealth
- Average patient volume of 12-14 patients per day
- Call schedule shared with Pediatric Endocrinologist partner with coverage provided for time away
- Inpatient diabetic care covered by full-spectrum Hospitalists, Pediatric Intensivists, NPs, and PAs
