This is a turnkey opportunity to join a dynamic, multi-specialty orthopedic team with 16 surgeons and 12 NP/PAs, covering a wide range of sub-specialties. Work alongside 10 fellowship-trained primary care sports medicine physicians in a collaborative environment.
Job Details:
- Be part of a physician-led, integrated healthcare delivery system utilizing EPIC Electronic Health Record system
- Perform elective surgeries at state-of-the-art outpatient hospital and ambulatory surgery center
- Benefit from a dedicated orthopedic trauma OR and comprehensive rehabilitation programs
- Enjoy a balanced 1:9 compensated call rotation at a Level 1 Trauma Center (approximately 30 call nights per year)
- Receive support from a dedicated call APP and surgical assistant
- Opportunity to develop expertise in Hip Arthroscopy
- Engage with the community through strong sports medicine presence, including partnerships with local high schools, colleges (including all UMD sports), and organizations like the Minnesota Ballet
- Participate in mass events such as Grandma's Marathon
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
