As a recruiter at EDS, you'll play a central role in
sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding talent , while also supporting employee training and engagement programs. If you're passionate about helping people thrive in their careers and have a background in recruitment, this is a great opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates Manage the full-cycle recruitment process using ATS platforms such as Taleo or similar systems Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and make hiring recommendations Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and ensure optimal hiring decisions Visit high-traffic job sites to distribute recruitment materials and engage passive candidates Support employee training and development initiatives, including delivering sessions on communication, leadership, and performance Utilize systems like PeopleSoft to track performance reviews, goal setting, and employee evaluations Assist in creating employee engagement strategies to support a positive and inclusive workplace culture Travel occasionally for recruitment initiatives or job site visits Collaborate with field operations teams to identify key locations for outreach and hiring events Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination Strong command of ATS platforms (Taleo preferred) Background in employee training and development a plus Familiarity with performance management processes and employment regulations Experience with contracts or client-facing HR roles is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Flexibility to travel out of state, as needed Compensation & Schedule:
Starting pay: $16.00/hour , based on experience Full-time position Office hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (ET) Additional compensation details will be discussed during the interview process
