Provide hands-on, meticulous care of the home, including outdoor areas (grill, outdoor furniture, etc.)
Maintain the home in pristine condition at all times
Pay close attention to detail and adhere to specific preferences
Research and utilize appropriate products for specialty items
Care for fine art, antiques, special surfaces, furniture, and floor coverings
Handle personal duties, including care of the principals’ wardrobe (handwashing, steaming, ironing)
Report repair and maintenance needs to the household manager or employer
Zone the home for consistent, rotating deep cleaning
Tackle deferred cleaning projects during periods when the owners are away
Be available by phone on holidays and weekends, if needed

There are no pets. The family includes two adults and no children.
