As a Sr Program Manager at ACI , you will join a diverse, passionate team dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry!

Purpose of this Sr Program Manager role:

Organize and coordinate multiple large and/or complex customer-facing or internal programs, following PMP best practices, aligning with business objectives and technology solutions. Provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and partner with stakeholders to translate objectives into manageable programs. Monitor programs from initiation to delivery, manage schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and issues, and report progress through dashboards and meetings. Lead staff in a matrix environment to ensure successful program outcomes for ACI.

A typical day at ACI for a Sr Program Manager includes:

• Leading one or more complex programs critical to customer and ACI success, possibly managing release and project managers.
• Ensuring scope, schedule, and resources are aligned with stakeholder agreements.
• Developing and managing integrated program plans and addressing issues and risks proactively.
• Building strong cross-functional teams and facilitating negotiations and consensus.
• Mentoring team members and sharing best practices across programs.
• Communicating effectively with all organizational levels and stakeholders.
• Managing interconnected projects, deadlines, budgets, and other activities.
• Performing additional duties as assigned and adhering to corporate policies.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program management experience or 10-12 years of project management experience managing complex projects.
• Experience in the payments industry.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud migration/deployment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Portfolio), and visual collaboration tools.
• PMP certification or equivalent, or working towards it.
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-Level executives.
• Comfortable with risk, uncertainty, and acting with incomplete information.
• Strong problem-solving and guidance abilities.
