Swope Health is seeking a engaging and mission driven Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to support Swope Health's recruitment efforts through an exciting phase of growth and innovation. The TA specialist reports to the Director or Talent Acquisition and manages the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned divisions, sourcing exceptional talent, creating and execute innovative recruiting strategies that fill vacant positions. Primary Functions:
Partner with HR leadership to create and execute innovative recruiting strategies that fill vacant positions. Identify and screen high caliber candidates that match our job qualifications and experience requirements. Provide recruitment consulting and guidance to hiring managers to support our full cycle recruitment including Determine selection criteria Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders Performs other related duties as assigned Education/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, required. A Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR recruitment experience in a healthcare setting. Experience in online sourcing Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards Knowledge of medical terminology and licensure requirements (e.g., RNs, CNAs,) Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication Ability to managing multiple open positions, scheduling interviews, and maintaining databases Ability to work in fast-paced, high-demand environments
