What You'll Do Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and services, operate a cash register, and accurately handle various payment methods. Deliver courteous and efficient service by following company standards in point-of-sale and customer service processes. Achieve personal sales goals, including credit and loyalty sign-ups. Ensure inventory accuracy by completing all required point-of-sale and merchandise handling tasks. Support the onboarding and training of new team members on best practices and point-of-sale procedures according to Kohl's brand standards. Participate in daily operational activities such as cash balancing and supply replenishment.
