Your responsibilities will include:
As a Client Relationship Advisor, you will foster and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, utilizing your financial expertise to offer tailored solutions that align with their needs. In this diverse role, you will contribute to the branch's success by:
Building sustainable relationships with customers, understanding their financial requirements, and customizing product and service recommendations.
Collaborating with business partners (Mortgage, Wealth Management) to connect customers to specialists for their unique financial needs.
Conducting teller transactions to serve customers efficiently in the lobby and drive-up.
Managing account openings, performing account maintenance, and assisting clients with digital banking products.
Identifying potential fraud and managing other associated risks.
Being responsible for bank opening/closing according to operational schedule.
Assisting with support for community and bank events.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales environment.
High School diploma or GED is required.
Intermediate computer skills are necessary.

Compensation:
The estimated hourly rate for this position ranges from $21 to $28, in addition to eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
