Applicants for the Division Dean position must have a Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution, active licensure as a healthcare provider in a relevant discipline, and a minimum of 5 years of full-time higher education experience, with a significant teaching background. The role demands a candidate with a strong academic and professional background, including at least 3 years of work experience as a licensed healthcare provider. A terminal degree and experience in administrative roles, particularly within the community college system, are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in academic leadership, be adept at managing budgets and resources, and have a deep understanding of higher education standards and accreditation requirements.
