Contracts/Subcontracts Manager
The Contracts/Subcontracts Manager will be responsible for performing the following duties:
Administer, negotiate, manage and ensure compliance for federal contracts and subcontracts of various contract types (CPFF term/completion, T&M, FFP, etc.)
Serve as contract manager / liaison across company brands
Document compliant contract, subcontract and purchasing policy, procedures templates and files as well as various federal (such as FAR, DFARS) and international requirements (such as ITAR, SOFA, visas)
Document, issue and administer subcontract/purchasing actions
Serve as primary interface with government contracting officials
Coordinate with company PM, team leads, project controllers as well as government COR and team leads, and subcontract POCs
Author/update corporate documents such as NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Licensing, etc.
Serve as the interface for DCAA, DCMA and other Government agencies
Serve as a primary team member on proposal efforts across various customers
Drive company growth through business development
Location: Havre de Grace, MD
Position Requirements:
Ability to possess a security clearance (must be a US and free of criminal/credit issues)
Bachelors Degree and at least 4 years of experience working with federal contracts and subcontracts
Working knowledge / familiarity with federal contracting requirements to include FAR, DFARS, as well as command specific policy
Familiarity with development of contracts, agreements, MOU and other legal requirements
Experience defining, negotiation and managing scope, cost and deliverables
Experience crafting winning proposals
Strong communication (verbal and written) and team leadership skills
Desired: CPCM, CFCM, CCCM, and CCMA or DAWIA cert
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Pay: Annual salary ranges from $75,000 to $150,000. Salaries depend on years of experience, education, skills relevant to the position, and type of contract.
