As a Mechanical Engineer at our Bettendorf facility, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and engineering custom industrial automation equipment, utilizing 3-D CAD software such as ProE / Creo and SolidWorks. You will be essential in driving complex design projects from start to finish, ensuring that we meet the needs of our diverse clientele. What You'll Do:

Engage in fast-paced, challenging work, with project durations typically ranging from 4-8 weeks. Utilize your mechanical aptitude to design custom and prototype mechanisms. Conduct essential engineering calculations for static and dynamic systems. Collaborate with personnel during equipment fabrication and demonstrations. Interact frequently with customers to develop tailored solutions. Create detailed mechanical layouts to support production efforts. Demonstrate initiative to meet project timelines and budget constraints. Lead small-scale projects as a designer and detailer. Your Qualifications:

A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant design experience in industrial automation. Familiarity with industrial automation design and engineering calculations. Proficient in MS Office and project management software. Additional Skills (Preferred):

Understanding of safety standards and regulations (OSHA, SDS, ANSI RIA). Environmental, Health and Safety:

Familiarity with company EH&S policies and relevant regulations. Commitment to working in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. Proactive in reporting safety hazards and equipment issues. Physical Demands and Work Environment:
